Beer Description
With a nod to Einstein’s love for the violin paired with their Quartet series, our latest collab builds this DIPA with 4 adjunct malts, starting with torrefied wheat, malted oats, flaked wheat, and chit malt. Keeping with the theme of four, we aggressively hopped Einstein’s Quartet with Nelson, Krush, Eclipse, and Citra.
With its heavy hop saturation and uber haze, intense, distinctly Nelson aromas permeate with combined flavors of mango, tangerine, and Lychee OJ all blended into a creamsicle like full texture, pleasant bitterness, and pop of #EQjuice melon at the end of each sip
