Volpe Italian Pilsner is a vibrant old world Pilsner with a zesty depth that comes from a generous dry-hopping of Spalter Select, Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saphir. Initially clean, crystalline and herbal – Volpe’s palate gives way to lovely floral and citrus notes matched to a malt backbone of golden honeyed hay and bread crust. Lingering aromas of lemongrass and a hoppy fresh afterglow make Volpe a beautifully dynamic Pilsner.
