Beer Description
While retaining its fluffy mouthfeel, the nose is citrus and grapefruit, followed by flavors of tropical juice, ripe citrus fruit, peach, and lemon candy. All complemented by a more complex malt layer featuring a present but delicate hint of Rye.
We first made this as one of the first batches we ever brewed on our original 5 BBL system, brewed to celebrate the accomplishment of reaching the starting line… Opening Tox Brewing Company to the public. We thought it would be fun to bring it back and revamp it with years of gained experience and knowledge to celebrate our grand opening on Bank Street (Come to our Grand Opening party on February 22!).
