Brewed with 25% Oaxacan green corn, 75% Sugar Creek Pilsner, hopped gently in the kettle with Mt Hood and Zuper Saazer, pitched cold with our favorite German lager yeast, fermented low and slow, and lagered for over 6 weeks.
