Beer Description
A wild yeast fermented cyser, blended from raw honey, apple cider and late harvest peaches.
All fermented and aged in oak barrels, Peche has tart, fruity undertones with frontal notes of a true farmhouse blend. Blended from York Imperial cider, Peach Mead made with raw honey, then bottle conditioned with clover honey.
