Beer Description
The Kalm is a mild, crisp, and dry Kolsch-style ale brewed with German Pilsner malt and American hops. The Kalm pours a very clear, pale-yellow color with a foamy, pure-white head. The nose is malty, biscuity, and fresh with a forward hop bitterness on the tongue followed by the slightly earthy, biscuity flavors of the Pilsner malt. The Kalm is composed of 30% wheat adding subtle complexity to this beer’s flavor.
