Beer Description
The beer uses two noble hop varieites, Saaz and Hallertau, that have European origins but were grown in the Pacific Northwest’s Yakima Valley. And in typical American fashion, the brewery pumps up the hops with four kettle additions and a serious dry-hopping at the end to take the bitter from pilsner to pale-ale status.
