The soft water from the Hanslbauer spring near the brewery and the selected ingredients make for an incomparable flavour.
The royal brand of the Hirt private brewery. This specialty beer is brewed according to ancient Bohemian recipes. The Hirter Privat Pils is soft and silky on the palate, with a harmonious, bittersweet finish. Due to its long maturation period, the Hirter Privat Pils is able to develop its flavours completely naturally, without pasteurisation or any other artificial preservation methods. Hirt has its own Pils tradition and cannot be directly compared with, say, a Northern German Pils.
