Aslan Organic Disco Lemonade

This is our first sour and it was brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Bellingham Homebrewers Guild! The style dates back to the Middle Ages and was often referred to as “The People’s Champagne”. It’s a clean, tart beer that is made up of Pilsner and Wheat malts, hopped with Hallertau hops and soured in the kettle for 48 hours prior to fermentation. White with a hint of yellow, it shares a close resemblance to lemonade. While it may be tart, it’s ultra refreshing and perfect for this beautiful summer weather! Order it straight up, or “mit schuss” (with a shot) of our house-made raspberry or wheatgrass/mint flavored syrup to cut the acidity.
