Beer Description

Poured from bottle into a weizen glass. Appearance – The beer pours a very hazy orange-golden color with a two finger head of billowy pure white foam.

The head has a decent level of retention, slowly fading to leave a decent level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass. Smell – A big yeasty and wheaty smell great the nose. With these aromas are some spice smells of clove and pepper. A light orange and banana smell are there as well, giving an overall drier hefe aroma. Taste – The taste begins a very citrusy and wheaty flavor with the citrus being a mix of orange and lemon.
