Beer Description
JT Walker’s Brewery features great BBQ from Mahomet native Brent Chester, who owns and operates Chester’s BBQ Truck. As an homage to the fantastic complement beer is to BBQ, we decided to make a barbaque-inspired beer. This is a big smoked ale that is amber/orange in color. We added Chester’s special BBQ rub blend, which is spiced with a variety of herbs and peppers, to create a smoky, spicy ale to go with anything off his food truck menu.
