Beer Description
Our Mainstay IPA – Man O’ War focuses on the flavors and aromas of the glorious green cone – the hop! Man O’ War relies upon a process of hop bursting, where the bitterness is derived through whirlpool and Dryhop additions – as opposed to the more traditional early kettle additions – resulting in juicy, rich hop flavors and aromas rather than face melting bitterness. Features: bright tropical fruits, dank orange and juicy citrus in the nose are followed by a mouthful of resiny citrus and just a wee bit of clean bitterness to balance it all out.
