Hefeweizen is a German style of wheat beer – light and cloudy with banana and clove aromas. Fresh blackberries are handpicked exclusively by Blueberry Hills Farm in Victoria’s Yarra Valley Region. The beer is allowed to condition and mature on the finest of this fruit to infuse their flavours and aroma.
