Beer Description
Along with L’Ours,assemblers Hole Devil offer an evolving concept: each assembly ahead will separate, leaving sometimes play more intense notes, it will be sour, bitter or fruity. However, it will be a mixture of twenty percent of a rye sour beer aged two years in oak barrels of Banyuls, and eighties percent of young season. Nose with delicate notes of dried fruit and rancid, will first suggest that we are dealing with a safe beer. Mouth immediately offer us a young beer, tart and subtly woody, all stretching in a refreshing finish.
