Beer Description
To get a rich flavored dark beer without the roasted coffee or toasted bread notes often found in reds, we paired Crystal 120, Roasted Barley and Black malt with Simcoe, Centennial, Citra and Summit hops. The result is a dark beer that is surprisingly crisp yet full of flavor.
