Beer Description
Our delicious Belgian-style sour Kriek ales combine the tart Brettanomyces wild yeast with fresh fruit picked at Double Mountain’s orchard, just miles from Hood River. The Devil’s Kriek is a Flanders Red-style Belgian ale that boasts 200 lbs of Bing cherries."We added a boatload of Bings from Matt’s orchard to our Devil’s Kitchen (along with some “unique cultures”) and let ‘em hang out together for a few months. The neon-raspberry colored result features a funky-sour backbone that’s uniquely delicious."
