Beer Description
This beer was inspired by a recent trip Head Brewer Don took to The Florida Keys for the Humphrey Bogart Film Festival. Don was sitting at the world famous Caribbean Club (used in the Bogie/Bacall film “Key Largo”) under a coconut palm tree, drinking a light Island-brewed Lager and eating a slice of Key Lime Pie. He didn’t want to leave, so he did the next best thing— brought a taste of the islands back to the Naked City. This traditional Kolsch is infused with flaked coconut, Key lime zest, and Kaffir lime leaves.
