Beer Description
Emmett’s Old Dundee Scottish Ale is brewed with 8 different malts, including lots of caramel malt, and a unique peat-smoked malt imported from the U.K. The latter contributes a peaty/woody/smoky character to the finished product. This is a very drinkable beer. Its focus is on the malt rather than the hops. There is no discernable hop character to this beer. Instead, there is a smooth caramel/malt flavor with a subtle hint of roast and smoke.
