Beer Description
Brewed with Equinox, the newest named hop variety to come out of the Select Botanicals hop breeding program with such alumnus as Citra and Mosaic.
A bit cedary, with touches of pine and lemon, this hop is certainly a different animal all together. We added some Cascade and Chinook to round out a very drinkable DIPA.
And at only 8.1%, its one of the most “session-able” Imperial IPA’s out there!
