The latest of our Brewer’s Reserve series, the tart, unfiltered German wheat Berliner Weisse, has been aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels from our friends at Amalthea Cellars in Atco, NJ. This amazing brew has been aging for 3 months with 28lbs of tart cherries per barrel to complement its tart beginnings.
