Beer Description
Just like its namesake, our pilsner is crisp, bold, and worthy of five stars.
“Son, your granddaddy rode with the great Third Army in the town of Pilsen alongside of a son of a Goddamned bitch named George Patton!” Pilsner is named for the Czech Republic town of Pilsen, which was liberated by Patton’s Third Army in May 1945. Our mixture of Bohemian floor malt, two different strains of Czech Noble Hops, and our house strain of Czech lager yeast give our pilsner a slightly hoppy, spicy quality that separates it from other lagers. As Patton liberated Pilsen, Patton Pilsner will liberate your taste buds from boring, mass produced lagers. Ten hut!
