Beer Description
Editor’s note: tidigare brewed to Naked Island, Norway.
Danish: It is a stout hoppy as an India Pale Ale with distinctive bitterness and a dry finish. The beer with 8.5% alcohol and small 80 IBU. It is brewed with Maris Otter malt, smoked malt, British specialty malts and sugar cane. In both flavor and aroma bears the imprint of one of my favorithumler: Zeus (sometimes called Columbus or Tomahawk), which is used in the boiler together with Czech Saaz hops and alone as tørhumle. It is delicious to drink now while the hops are fresh, but as it is with fermentation in the bottle has certainly saving potential, I think.
