Beer Description
While watching the colors of an autumn sunset bleed into the ripples of a quiet pond, have you ever experienced the feeling of complete oneness between yourself and the universe around you? This is a beer brewed for such moments. After a warm fermentation and double dry hopping, two batches of Transcendence were pitched with wild yeast and allowed to sleep throughout the summer. Before bottling, a third batch of fresh, young beer was blended in. What has emerged is a dry, funky and intensely fruity farmhouse ale that transcends the sum of itβs ingredients. So if you go exploring, I hope you will find Transcendence a comforting companion during you own moments of inner reflection.
