Beer Description
Aromas of sweet pine and tart apples are first present, while this cider finishes with dark fruit and aperitif aromas.
A blend of our best Heirloom apple varietals from 2014. Fermenting and aging each varietal separately, Heirloom X was heavily influenced by the barrels used, including two Spanish Sherry barrels. Blended from Northern Spy, Orleans Reinette, Black Twig, Jonathan, Stayman Winesap & York Imperial apple varietals, then bottle conditioned with house made ice cider.
