Dammit Jim! Amber started out as a lark and a whim and turned out quite tasty. It smells of sweet malt and toasted bread, followed by a caramely palate with enough Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade, and Fuggles hops to give it plenty of American citrus and English earthy bitterness.
