Inspired by the traditional African honey wine T’ej this beer is made with over 300 pounds of Wild Flower and Orange Blossom honey and spiced with Gesho root and black cardamom. Gold Medal winner in Specialty Honey Ale at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival this unique ale perfectly represents our love for boundary pushing brews.
