Beer Description
A unique imperial stout collaboration brewed at Against The Grain with brewing legend Takeshi Yutsomashi. The rich, chocolaty stout was aged for many months in soy sauce barrels and bourbon barrels, then blended and ‘dry hopped’ with shitake mushrooms to create a one of a kind umami-beer experience.
