Beer Description
A wild yeast fermented mead crafted from a blend of clover and wildflower honey.
After a year in oak barrels, Hopbrosia was dry hopped with chinook hops. This slightly sweet mead creates a unique flavor balance between earthy, hoppy, bright and refreshing.
