Beer Description
The Volkan Blonde, is obtained with authentic Santorinian water, which is filtered in a special design filter built by basalt from the 1600 B.C volcano. In order to produce Volkan beer they also use honey from Santorini and citrus from the island of Naxos. The honey is coming from bees which vintages grapes that are used for the Vinsato wine. Citrus has its origins back to the East. It came in Greece by Alexander the Great. Itβs grown in Naxos Island and in can be added it into beer, in order to offer more tasteful and aromatic characteristics.
