Beer Description
The Chicken Leg Oatmeal Stout is the 4th new beer in the series of Roy-Pitz Classic’s. It was made just one time before and has been reinvented with new vision and purpose. It is made with 11 secret barley’s and erbs and is rich and creamy from beginning to end. It starts out with aroma’s of roasted hazelnut and cream that follows through into the taste with a thicker body and fuller mouth feel in the middle. At the end it is slightly dry and smooth and the spiced hops used leave a well balanced bittering. Hints of cocoa, caramel, and spice with earthy undertones round out the finish. Color is Vienna/Black and is silky with a thick white head. This beer was inspired by the mysterious bird that flew in to help us brew this wonderful brew. Have a chicken or two when you drink this brew!
