Odelay is brewed with organic cacao powder, cinnamon, allspice and a few pounds of dried pasilla chilies.
In search of a beer that could truly reflect the influences of the Hispanic foods we love, we decided to make an ale that tastes like champurrado, or Mexican hot chocolate. To recreate that classic flavor, Odelay is brewed with organic cacao powder, cinnamon, allspice and a few pounds of dried pasilla chilies鈥攚e鈥檙e freaks for a good mol茅.
