Brewed in Chicago in collab with Ale Syndicate and Atlas. Well laced white head. Aroma is candied hops. Taste is agave nectar with citrus hops. Well blended and balanced for the style with a dry hop citrus and passion fruit finish
A trans-Atlantic triple collaboration with our friends at Chicago’a Ale Syndicate and Celt Experience of Wales. Drawing upon Celtic traditions for the summer solstice, this IPA uses seven kinds of hops, resulting in an abundantly fruity, floral ale with an enjoyably bitter finish.
