Here our Nikolo beer experiences (Santa Claus = Swiss for Nicholas) special treatment in oak barrels: the finished matured beer is aged in “used” Chardonnay barrels, which we get from excellent vineyards Anton Bauer from Feuersbrunn. This particular storage enables a complex interplay of flavors. We recommend with chocolate desserts
