Named after a certain colorful local character. This is an aggressive Cider made from a tart & bitter blend of apples.
Grown by us and left on the tree for a bit longer than normal, stubbornly clinging on to craft a strong cider that sneaks up on you. Oak aged, bone dry and conditioned in this can Old Elmer is not for the meek or indecisive. It brazenly stands on its own as a classic traditional cider should.
