Beer Description
Each batch in this new beer series will be made with a different hop harvested from the brewery’s hop yard in Hadley. Hoppy Valley III is the last in the series from 2014 harvested hops. It features a heaping amount of estate grown Cascade hops, and a light malt backbone that is made up of 17% locally malted barley from Valley Malt in Hadley. Citrus and a slight pine aroma complement each other. Brace yourself for the bold character from this one-of-a-kind India Pale Ale.
