Behold……..NELSON!!! This beer is our all Nelson Sauvin hopped “American Pale Ale.” We absolutely love the Nelson Sauvin hop variety here at Steady Habit and we
Behold was once a single hopped Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale. As we are evolving, we realized the need for more organization and planning with how we use our hops. With such limited access to Nelson Sauving on a regular basis, and with Coalesce Double IPA featuring a ton of Nelson Sauvin hops, we dug deep and came up with a recipe using one of the more readily available hops on the market, Cascade. We then lightly dry hop Behold using Australian Summer hops to add a touch of juicy fruit on the finish.
