Beer Description

This Belgian IPA is a part of our Origin Series to bring back to light some of Miami’s pioneers and historic values. Named after William Brickell who moved to southern Florida from Cleveland, Ohio in 1871. His family opened a trading post and post office on the south bank of the Miami River. The Brickell family owned large tracts of land stretching from Coconut Grove to the Miami River. Much like Brickell, Tuttle, and Flagler, our BIPA is a pioneer introducing Miami’s first production Belgian IPA.

You’ll find sweet Belgian spices balanced with the citrus and grapefruit overtones from the Amarillo & EL Dorado hops used in this malt forward BIPA. Cheers
