Beer Description
Wheat adds a nice creaminess as does a little rye, also bringing a deep spicy/ fruity character.
This beer combines two great beer styles—hefeweizen and maibock—
to create something unique and new, offering clean bright flavors and
just the right amount of sustaining richness and complexity.
Rockin’Bock presents some clean phenolic aromas with a bit of light
toasted caramel, along with plenty of fruity notes. On the palate, it
shows just a little richness balanced by a sweetly spicy middle quickly
changing to a crisp, dry spicy/fruity finish and a long, spicy aftertaste.
