Beer Description
Collaboration with Coppertail Brewing Co., Tampa, FL.
This light bodied IPA received gratuitous hop additions and was dry-hopped twice. Hops include whole-cone Amarillo, Simcoe, Motueka and Zythos. Grapefruit peel and pink peppercorn were also added to the boil which add a subtle bitter/spice element that reinforces hop flavors.
