Beer Description
Papa Silenus is a man wise enough to advise the Greek wine god Dionysos. Sadly Dionysos never listened, sticking exclusively to wine. Papa Silenus knew better, and eventually embraced beer as well as wine. He is a double IPA blending enormous hop flavor and aroma with prominent hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma. Papa Silenus is a prophet – you should listen.Two Row Malt, Munich Malt, Carapils, Cane Sugar. Hops: Varies, but something like Centennial and Columbus would be typical.
