Beer Description
Roggenbier is a unique German style that uses Hefe Weizen yeast, but replaces the Wheat (Weizen) with Rye (Roggen).
The unique banana, clove, vanilla flavors of Weizen still apply with the addition of herbal backbone, reminiscent of Rye bread.
