Beer Description
Not too bitter or too strong for mass consumption at 22 IBU and 5.0 ABV, Heaven and Helles is a lager that promises a citrus and honey finish. (I haven鈥檛 tried it yet, but soon, my friends. Soon.) The brewers use the same yeast as in the recipe for Soul, their winter seasonal, to add a slightly drier finish than you鈥檇 expect from a traditional German helles.
