The color is a vibrant, a bold redhead that looks exquisite beside Clyde. The nose is of ginger with yeasty note. The first taste is of black currant which is then joined by the ginger to create a taste reminiscent of blood orange. The tannins vanilla notes should be attributed to the oak used in aging
