New York’s Helderberg region was once an epicenter of hop cultivation. In celebration of this region’s revitalization, we are thrilled to announce the release of our next LIMITED RESERVE, Willsie Dry Hop. Willsie Dry Hop is crafted with cascade, cluster and wild varieties cultivated from legendary cider maker Ethan Willsie’s hop yards in Berne, New York. This cider is nearly dry with an excellent balance of bitter hops and crisp apple brightness.
