Beer Description
This is the first product of its kind commercially available in the world and is quite possibly the finest cider available (even if we say so ourselves). Our Mead Master searched long and hard for just the right honey to blend with the best apple juices available. What was created is an exceptionally light and crisp hard apple cider known historically as โCyserโ which is perhaps the original hard cider. 7% alcohol by volume. Serve extra cold in a pint glass. Makes an excellent beverage choice for those hot days of summer.
