Montegioco Garbagnina

Produced by adding, in fermentation, of cherries “Beautiful Garbagna” (Slow Food Presidium); previously obtained from the Demon Hunter, the choice of the Rune drops of alcohol and makes it more justice to the addition of the local cherry. In the glass shows a beautiful red coral, very original; the nose is strongly characterized by Bella Garbagna, which is expressed with notes of fresh cherry, with hints of berries, plus a subtle floral geranium. The taste is rich, enveloping, with sweetness of fruit (blackcurrant) and bitter tannin; the finish is very elegant, complex, where it is evident cherry syrup (long in the back palate), accompanied by a slight savory note, mineral. Beer, elegant, complex, but maintains good drinkability. Serving suggestions: red meats, game, mushroom tagliatelle.
