Beer Description
This American IPA is fermented with 100% Brettanomyces leaving it dry, tart, and refreshing. Notes of passion fruit, guava, and citric flavors are a product of fermentation and copious amounts of hop additions late in the boil and during the continuous dry hopping. This is our first collaboration brew with Iron Hill and the University of Maryland’s Nuclear and Chemical Department.
