Beer Description
Weapon Cocking is a dramatic take on a Belgian Witbier. Brewed with a montage of malted and unmalted grain along with a potpourri of fruit and spices, including lemon, orange and coriander. This provides a beautiful balance of floral and fruit aromatics, followed by hints of grain. The flavor reloads the senses with more fruit, a crisp wheat twang and spicy Belgian yeast character, ending with a juice like finish. To truly enjoy the untainted subtleties of Weapon Cocking one will not inquire for fruit with this beer.
