Beer Description
We add fresh Blood Orange Juice, and then sour the wort. It is fermented with our house Saison Yeast Strain, lending spiciness and a lush texture.
A Belgian take on our Big Cranky Double IPA. In the end you get an aggressive, west coast IPA with a refreshingly tart dry finish. The citrus and floral hops are perfectly complimented by the fresh blood orange flavor and aroma.
