Three local businesses each put their 50% in to make a giant stout with 150% flavor for South Bend’s 150th.
Based on popular Mail Order Bride, with extra oats added and finished with lactose sugar, this Russian Imperial Stout has Central and South American coffee and chocolate from Zen Cafe Coffee Roaster and Violet Sky Chocolate added throughout the brewing process, giving
it a deeply robust mocha flavor. Watch out, the wave of flav approaches!
